Simply Rest has no accounts, no sign-in and no tracking. This page explains exactly what that means, and the one place where data does change hands.
Nothing that identifies you. Simply Rest does not request your name, email address, phone number, date of birth or location. It does not read your contacts, your photos, your calendar or your files. It does not use the microphone or the camera.
Your choices inside the app — which sounds you pick, how long you set the timer, whether playback is running — are stored only on your own device. None of it is transmitted anywhere, and we never see it.
One thing, and only when you buy the full version.
Simply Rest sells a one-time unlock. The payment itself is handled entirely by the app store — Google Play or the Apple App Store — and we never see your card details, billing address or store account name.
To know whether to show the app as unlocked, we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier generated by the app, the receipt the store issues, and the country the store reports. That identifier is a random string. It is not derived from your name, email, phone number or device ID, and it cannot be traced back to you by us or by RevenueCat.
If you request a refund through the store, the store notifies RevenueCat and the unlock is removed automatically. That is the only reason this connection exists.
RevenueCat’s own privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy, and the store’s terms govern the payment itself.
Simply Rest asks for the minimum the operating system requires.
The app does not request location, contacts, storage, microphone, camera, notifications or any permission beyond these. On Android it goes further and explicitly blocks the microphone, external storage and screen-overlay permissions, so they cannot be granted even by accident. Device backup is disabled.
Simply Rest is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age. Because the app collects no personal information at all, there is nothing for a parent to request we delete. If you have a question about this, write to us.
Privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the GDPR give you the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal information, and to object to its processing.
We hold no personal information about you, so in practice there is nothing to access, correct, delete or port. If you want written confirmation of that, ask and we will send it. You can also delete the app at any time, which removes everything it stored on your device.
Simply Rest plays sounds intended to help you relax. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor or make any claim about a medical condition, and it is not a substitute for medical advice. It collects no health data of any kind. If you think you have a sleep disorder, speak to a doctor.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and the previous version is replaced here. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not.
Questions about this policy, or about privacy in the app, go to support@soluxain.ai. A person reads these and you will hear back within one business day.
